Kristin Malko is a mother, painter and actress based in Los Angeles.

With an extensive background in acting, her intuitive abstract acrylic and oil paintings are a thoughtful exploration of emotion through the musicality of color, shape and poetry of texture. Every painting is a song, a dance and a story inspired by the human experience. 

Driven by the meditative and therapeutic practice of painting, Kristin commits to the ebbs and flows of the creative process as a painting unfolds and reveals itself. She is particularly interested in the interplay of rigidity & fluidity, structure and flow, control and chaos. Every painting is a negotiation of intention and free fall, such as life.
